It's not a great trick. Throwing up after meals is the start of eating disorders...not something you want to have to worry about on top of dancing. Although taller dancers are heavier than shorter ones, it's because weight should be proportionate to height. Am I right in saying that dancing is enough of a workout that most excess weight will come off?
