That is quite a noble undertaking. You will be there to dance with the ballerinas, and to lift them too. The most important thing is to find a quality ballet school that you can attend. I don't know Las Vegas, and there are always many bad ballet schools around. But call "Nevada Dance Theatre" (702-732-3838) and see what they suggest to help you start training.
