pretty ballerina

A lady who knows my dance teacher has asked me if I want to model for a dancewear company brochure. She says I will get some leotards, tights and catsuits if I pose for some photos. I am wondering if this is normal or should I be paid cash. Does anyone know? Has anyone reading this done any modelling like this? I really dont know whether I should do it. Please help.
