Take it from me there is nothing like a beautiful costume and pointe shoes to make you feel elegant and beautiful. Ann I think you missed the point of this whole forum. A part of our love for tights, leotards, ballet slippers, etc., can directly be associated with the style, form and elegance that ballerinas have as well as the "fantasy" of being a ballerina ourselves.
