But be careful. Ballet slippers do not correspond to regualr shoes when you talk sizes. Leather ones will stretch (I buy mine at least one size smaller than my street-show size.); canvas won't stretch much. Do you need to wear pink slippers? Why don't you start with black? If your parents find them it won't look too suspicious. Once they see these and get used to the fact that you're wearing them, you can buy a pair of pink slippers, which you can say look more natural on bare feet. Why don't you like ballet?
