That's excatly what I'd like to say also. My own experiences are very similar. I'd like to add that if possible, try to find some girl around your age with whom you can also discuss this interest. I was really surprised how some girls little older than you actually encouraged me to wear tights when I told them about my interest when I was around 15 or 16. They were my penfriends, not local girls.
