Aquarino!  I scuba dive in a special unitard when I'm in tropical waters.  The suit is a heavier weight lycra than most dance tights, leotards or unitards.  The purpose of the suit is for protection of the skin.

I always wear a wet-suit when diving in colder waters, beacuse the need to retain body heat is important.  A lycra dive suit just doen't help retain the heat.

You can get lycra dive suits through a local dive shop or through a dive catalogue.  Look in scuba magazines or in Triathelete (Triathelon?)magazine for places to order one.
