If you're ONLY into practicing ballet, this site may not be the best search place for a buddy, as the guys here tend to be more interested in ballet clothing than ballet dancing.  For correspondence with fellow ballet guys, try www.danceart.com or www.balletalert.com (although they don't allow ISO postings, they'll let you talk about real ballet experiences with serious guys).
