Are you a ballet dancer or just into the tights and leotards? The one place I can suggest for a velvet leotard (and velvet tights, too) for a big boy like you is www.renaissancedancewear.com. They'll custom make any sizeyou need. There are other places that'll custom make tights, leotards and some really great unitards, body suits, etc., but they won't have the velvet fabric.
