I don`t think this is unusual. I felt the same way until I met a few people with similar interests.I have always been into wearing, not just tights, but girls attire.Mt first experience of ballet came when I was about 8 and my next door neighbour had two girls who both did ballet. They were very good. I went round one day with my mum and I saw them practicing and they were very good and I was taken aback my the style and grace of their movements. From this moment on I took more interest in Ballet and I wanted to take part. I didn`t take part as my mother was very against me wearing or doing girly things. I think the thing I am trying to say is that it is OK for your son to wear ballet things. If he is happy then you should be. The way I see it is this.Would you rather your son practice Ballet in private wearing tutus and things or go out causing trouble and getting on the wrong side of the law and you worry every night in case he doesn`t come home in one piece.
