You're probably not a ballet dancer, and may-be you've never seen a ballet, but for certain effects the stage may be lit by different color lights.

Trust me, Steve is NOT BLUE in real-life. Sometimes he gets kind-of-tan or even sunburn, though, except for his butt.  BalletMaster
