To answer your two questions...... 1) The best thick opaque tights with feet are the ones that I love to wear. They are Baltogs lycra spandex tights. They are item # BT813F. They come in a rainbow of colors and look and feel great!!! 2) I would strongly reccomend that you get a copy of the just released ballet movie "Center Stage".
