This is the ballet-fetish board. Sure, there are a few people who do have an interest in ballet who come here(myself included), but this space really is reserved for the fetishists like myself, Depon, The Riddler, Dr. V, etc. Please don't feel that you are unwelcome here, because you aren't. As you've probably noticed, this subculture of people is very understanding, and we want more people with whom to correspond. The people who would look down on us are the people at the "Serious Male Dancer" board or the "Ballerina" board. My experience with ballet dancers has proven to me that most of them are stuck-up and really don't care much about anything else except themselves, and maybe their significant others. Lynette and I are the black sheep at my dance classes, and we are very very disliked because of that. Guess what? I say F*** you to them, and we hold our heads up high and continue to perform. Speaking for myself (I mean, who else can I speak for, right?) I'm still timid about the whole idea of taking this off the board (I recently had a mildly annoying experience where E-Groups posted my address (from a group totally unrelated to tights-fetishism) and I got a lot of unwelcome (not awful, just unsolicited) e-mails, so I'm a bit shy at this point. I'll get over it soon, and then watch your mailboxes, cats & kitties...-Depon P.P.S. Stick around, and I'll tell you all the stupid story of where the name "Depon" came from.
