I have dyed capezio nylon tights several times. I use a large pot on the stove to heat the water for better dying. To get even color and deep colors you have to dye them twice. Place the tights in the pot and stir them for even color. when you are done dying rinse them in the sink and wash them by themselves in the washer two times. After that you can wash them with your other colors in the wash. They wont run. I have dyed four pairs last year and they haven't shown any signs of fading so far and I wear them all the time. The other two times I've tried to respond didn't work. Here goes three:The M. Stevens tights I tried were cotton blend. They did use the aforementioned dye.
