There are so many places on the web that sell tights in different colors you don't have to dye.  There are also places like www.renaissancedancewear.com that has virtually any fabric and color you could want.

If you can't find what you want on the web, go to a spandex store or any exotic fabrics store, you can get the material you want, and then have them made.
