The only yoga show I'd ever manage to catch a moment of was something like "Ilias, Yoga and You". A nice trim brunette with VERY long hair, always sporting a nice dancewear outfit. Most of the time she'd go barefoot with stirrup tights or unitards, but every once in a while her feet would be snug in nylon.
