Can't wait till you get set up and on the board more often! Yep I know. Actually now that I mention it, they don't mind if we use the computers at work as long as we stay focused and answer they calls when they come up. I work in a call center (can't tell you what it's called, violates company policy) and my project is taking inbound survey calls for BCBS Illinois, so I'm usually lucky to get one call in an 8 hour shift. Other projects we do are sales (yes, telemarketing), outbound phone surveys, political polling, and fundraising. Would you believe there are some people out there who will actually buy from a telemarketer? I've sold quite a few telephone packages since I've been working here.
