I (well,actually, my wife) ordered them a little over a week ago & theyarrived to-day by express mail; here's my report. Their Web page says "opaque pantyhose--tights," & it wasn't clearwhether they meant these as synonyms or whether you could chooseone or the other. I told my wife to specify tights rather thanpantyhose if there was a difference. I guess there isn't adifference; what arrived was a flat cardboard package labelledpantyhose, but they are opaque. Color: I wanted tie-dyed rather than solid colors. I ordered#7306, "Navy splatter with purple & turquoise." I chose splatterover than stripes because we thought the horizontal stripes mightmake the legs look fat. This color is are mostly a medium blue,about half way between what I'd call turquoise & a royal blue.The splotches are mostly navy, with purple around the edges.Really gorgeous. The picture on the Web page gives you a generalidea but doesn't really do them justice--these colors are *vivid*! Sizing: As with any kind of tights or hose, you're better offgoing for a larger than a smaller size. I'm about 5' 10" with a34" waist; I ordered size Tall & that turned out to be the rightchoice. They tend to sag at the crotch, but then that happens tome with any kind of tights; the only solution would be to wearsuspenders with them or to put a leotard on over them. The fabric, 100% nylon, is rather coarse to the touch & reason-ably opaque. Smooth, sleek tights usually have some spandex inthem; these have none. If you're expecting something as opaqueas M. Stevens or Bal-Togs ballet tights, you'll be disappointed.I'd say they're a little more opaque than Wolford's velvetdeluxe. I think you could wear a pair of these to ballet classif your teacher & classmates have a good appreciation of theridiculous. I'll probably wear mine some day soon; they all knowI'm crazy anyway. All in all, I'm satisfied & I'm glad I ordered them. I likethem, although I don't know how often or where I'll wear them.I think they're were well worth the $11 they cost; I would orderfrom them again, except that I don't need more than one pair ofwild looking tights.
