Further muddying the waters is the fact that there's both a "large" and a "tall." I'm 6' myself (though perhaps not as long in the leg as you,) so I tried a "tall," and they fit beautifully. With the Hues, I didn't have that much selection, so I did a "3" instead of my usual "4", and they're absolutely at the edge of what I would call an opaque tight.
