What's the difference? Both types of garments are skintight body coverings. Unless the unitard is some kind of wrestling or skating uniform that is expected to be worn by you. I'm with the Riddler--most girls find the idea of guys wearing tights for their own pleasure to be effeminate, or "sissy". It's hard to find a woman who will accept it. But much of this depends on how you introduce this. If you start off with a solid relationship where the woman really loves you, and you reveal the interest in tights through subtle means, then in most cases you'll get half-hearted acceptance. In other cases either complete rejection or complete acceptance (and possibly indulgence--the ideal!). Um, yep... I'm back!
