I always wore them every chance I got in high school and college -- now as a businessman - I not only wear them to the gym, running, etc. I wear them under my suits and everyday clothes. I love the feel of men's tights. I wear them with no underwear or with a dance belt. Nothing gets me harder than a pair of tights touching my dick.
