I wasn't counting, but I saw at least a dozen hosed women in the past few days, some of which were in some pretty flash opaques (mostly black, but one girl was in this really nice beige pair.) And all this during a heat wave! Hooray for office dress codes!>>>Also, I picked up this really cool beauty manual from the late sixties (Good ol' Goodwill!) called "Discover a Lovlier You," which featured a section on exercise illustrated with color photos of this supercool retro-looking dame in a royal blue leotard and tights (nada del zapatos, natch.) It really illustrates the wonders of lycra, BTW. It seems that tights of old were only tight when the wearer wasn't crouching, bending at the waist, or twisting!>>>And oh yeah, two night ago I sort of outed myself. Dea and I were, er, doing it in my apartment, and we decided to open the blinds, making the entire room visible to anyone in the parking lot (we get like that sometimes.) Dea was in light gray tights, I was in maroon. Sure enough, just when things were getting "urgent," this car pulls in, a young latino couple gets out, and spots us. They looked a bit surprised, but pleasantly (at least the guy did,) and it wasn't until the "falling-down-and-gasping-for-breath" phase that I remebered that I was "in costume," as it were. Oops!-Depon (soundtrack by Ms. Diana Krall-jazz singer extraordinaire, and frankly, one of the most astonishingly sexy women on Earth (the astonishing part is that she makes me gasp even though I've never seen her in hose of any kind. Me, turned on by a bare-legged frail? Believe it or Not!) P.S. "BOOPOLA" stands for "But Only On Persons Of Legal Age." I figure it's a nice thing to throw onto the end of a phrase once in a while. Example: "Ballet-cut leotards make me want to bang like Chinese New Year (BOOPOLA.)" Answers to this message: |
