We've got it. The special effects are 2000ish, the "traveling without moving" bit especially. This one's much more faithful to the book, as well. The "Weirding Way" is more accurately depicted, especially. My $0.02. I recommend it, though, because despite the acting failures in some of the characters(Paul, especially...) it's well written.>A.M.--I'm with Depon, Angie--all the way! :-) I've just been so busy lately that I haven't had time to post much. Anyways, good to see you back in great form. :-D When you wear your "pj's" for a while before going to bed, do you put anything on your feet? Or do you strut about with only tights clad feet? And... how often do you sleep in tights? About Dune 2000, I was definitely taken aback by the acting. The special effects are absolutely amazing, though. I wish they had these effects for the original movie. But I have to say, the original has some great set designs. I love that classic art deco style merged with high tech. I read the book when I was a young lad, so I don't remember it well... in what ways do you feel the original Dune movie wasn't true to it? ~Seamless~ Answers to this message:
