I was as cloistered as I could be while I tried to sort this out (still working on it!) But Dea talked me into going to a birthday party for a friend of hers at a restaurant in Hollywood. I felt kind of weird about it, but I agreed. Well, I met some neat people, had some good italian food, and heard a totally ace band (The Eng!ne Room-surf music versions of, among other things, James Bond theme...) I felt reasonably good for the first time since monday. I must confess, that was partially due to the fact that I was wearing sky-blue tights under my jeans, and Dea was in black (with a really tight skirt, too!) Anyway, I realized at some point that it's our right to enjoy our own freedom and each others. Now, if ever, we should savor that which we enjoy, because we're Americans, and we can. Besides, how better to piss off that cosmic clown Allah, than to be the most perverse infidel you know how to be? I say make love AND war!-Depon (Tights For Victory!)
