The women at my college (and they are 60Z of the student body) are into this grieving agreement where they all have to wear black blouses as a gesture to the victims at the WTC.

Well...it seems a lot of them don't have black blouses, so they are just coming to school wearing black leotards under their jeans.

Is this happening at anyone else's place?
