There was a terrific selection of tights atCentury 21; I found some tights for my wife there and some light-weight but opaque tights that were good for ballet in the Summer.And these tights were in the midst of a perfectly enormous selectionof pantyhose. But, alas! when the World Trade Center went, it tookCentury 21 with it. Nevertheless, you get the idea: look around for places that dealin overstock and discontinued goods.
