Balletlover - Balletmania
written by Jon on 01.11. at 08:57:14 I took ballet for several years. It was great. I have really appreciated the self-discipline I learned from ballet. I also understand the human body so much more because of years of lessons. I loved every aspect of the dance. From arriving and getting dressed into my tights - to the rigourous exercise, routines, class work, the changing room afterwards and going home, many times wearing my tights. The one time I remember the best was the time I had come from school with my tights under my jeans, hurried to class, pulled off my jeans in the changing room, and went to class in my tights, t-shirt and shoes. I got ready to leave and decided to just put on tennis shoes and head home. I grabbed my bag stuffed my ballet shoes inside and headed out the door. On my 20-minute drive home, I had car trouble. I decided I had better put my jeans back on - only to realize that I had left them at the studio. So here I was a high school boy at the side of the highway with my tights, tennis shoes and white t-shirt. A man quickly stopped to help. It was obvious he had more intentions on my crouch then on my car -- but I played along. Finally we had a quickie on the side of the road - and he headed down the road -- he didn't even offer to take me to a phone. Finally a college guy stopped and took me to a phone -- he asked me all about my tights and we had a great time. We dated for several months after that. It was a great day. Many times after that I left the studio wearing only my tights. But my jeans were always close at hand. Answers to this message: |
