Sorry to hear of the situation with Dea's sister. ** And Vic, very sorry about your situation of two relatives having terminal illnesses. My deepest sympathies to all of you... I guess that just goes to remind us how incredibly fragile life is. You can be doing well, going through your motions, biding your time, then blam--life throws you a mortal curve ball. When you hear of things like this, or better yet experience it 2nd hand, it makes you wonder about your own life... have I "seized the day" lately? Next to fatal accidents or mortal illnesses, time is our worst enemy. And what is so sad, is that most people are oblivious to this until they've already exhausted a great deal of their best years. Why is it that we can't see this until the bulk of our youthful years have already gone by? I have a copy of The Dead Poets Society, which I watch once every year or so... it's a great movie to inspire you to "suck the marrow out of life". Well, it can be inspiring for a few moments anyway. ;-) Life got really busy for me (talk about losing track of where I am), but every so often I find my way back here. Glad to hear you're still sticking it out, guys. I'll have to take a gander at Dancewear Dreams to see what havoc is being wreaked. http://bilder.parsimony.net/smilies/aetsch.gif alt=aetsch> Take care,~Seamless~ ~Seamless Answers to this message: |
