Do you have any literature, links, personal experiences on how to do it? I maily would like to know how to do it. how do I do it? Well after a day of working out at my portable ballet barre, I usually just go to my shower at set the water temp to a moderate level and after removing my Pointe shoes I step inside it and thoroughly soak my leotard and tights using a very mild soap like "Ivory" brand. I get just enough soap on them, then I thoroughly rinse them out, then I take them off and continue to shower myself for a bit longer. I then hang my tights and leotard on the curtain rod to let them dry. By the following morning, they're all set for yet another rigorous ballet work out. Hope that helps.
