There's nothing better for a guy than finding the truly right woman to spend a life with, & it sounds like you two are the perfect fit. Not to say there'll never be any bumps in the road, but those, you two can deal with and rise above.>Smart to have the small, intimate wedding. Marie & I had a medium-large wedding (mostly my idea- DUMB!) and it was a mistake. Cost a bunch of bucks. Marie had a HUGE blow-up with my best man over an off-hand wisecrack he made, and Marie's hospitalized grandmother DIED during our reception! We spent our wedding night in the hospital chapel with grieving in-laws. That torpedoed our honeymoon (3 weeks in the Florida Keys) and because her son Dan turned out to be such a handful, we didn't get a "Honeymoon" until we'd been married 11 years!! (It's been 20 now!) We STILL have never made it to the Keys.>I count myself very lucky to have found a woman that loves me for who I am, quirks, fetishes, & all.>Sounds like you two are pretty lucky, too. Best Wishes & keep us informed!- Vic >>>Thanks, Vic! Man you two had quite a first reel, huh? But that's what it's all about, innit? Facing whatever, together. I know that Dea and I have what it takes to make a great marriage, and now I'm DAMN sure you and Marie do as well!-D (In: Space-Dyed EG Smiths. Recommending: the totally awesome (and well titled) Ocean Blue song "Ballerina Out Of Control." My Lord And Saviour: iTunes.) >>>PS: I'm also rather fond of "Charlatan" by April March. And I love the album's title: "Chrominance Decoder." Supercool! Answers to this message: |
