On a slightly more flippant note, have a bucket of ice in the wings and dash out and stick your pecker in there if things get a bit stiff, the shock will get rid of any erotic tendencies. Seriously though, practice over and over and make sure you rehearse as often as possible in the nude and in front of fellow dancers for moral support and get used to performing in front of people when you're nude.
