I can't believe anyone would actually believe it to be fact even for a moment. For one thing, it is difficult to exert oneself for any period of time with an erection. The body needs the blood elsewhere, plus the mind is focused on the dance sequence so without the promise of imminent sexual satisfaction I don't see how this would happen.
