They are in women's sizes but fit men perfectly. They are available in blue or black and have the three stripes logo down the side. They do not have stirrups but Ron Hill does a "trackster pant" that is in the form you described. These are available at places like JJB sports and All Sports - some independent smaller shops might stock them.
