REPLY:  I know discountdance.com has a book on Diet for Dancers.  I have also tried the Rotation Diet.  Just be careful don't overdo it - dancing requires lots of energy and lots of protein.  You don't want your body burning muscle mass.  

Good luck - enjoy dancing!  PS - you may want to try walking every day, and increasing the number of days you dance too - it will help increase your metabolism.
