The real guys (e.g. NYCB, ABT, Joffrey) go through so many, the company couldn't afford them! The performance look is just that, a look. The butt look is just an adjustment of the tights. And the countoured look in front....well, if you've been in a dressing room or backstage you know the guys rely on different things for the specific look they want.
