FREE is a dance triptych about rising National Socialism, Second World war and liberation(s). The dance triptych is among others a freedom ballet (Liberation) also an anti-war ballet (War) and an anti-fascist ballet (Alone). The audition will take place at 17 november 2005 in Rotterdam and we will practice from July to August 2005 in order to launch the freedomballet in September 2005. We are looking for nine dancers:- One classic soloist (woman)for the part Alone and - eight modern dancers for the parts War and Liberation, preferably with ethnic ballet experience, from whom two look-a-like (brothers, sisters, twins or friends).who will work together with me and are prepared to tell their own story on a basis of improvisation and their qualities and characters.
