Contact us at 1-800-392-3752 or check out our web page and apply on line at www.campdanbee.com. I am very interested in applying for a dance instructor position at your camp. I am 20 years old and I have been dancing for 15 years. I studied ballet (15yrs), jazz (10yrs), modern (7yrs). I first studied at the New Paltz School of Ballet in New York until I graduated high school in 1997. I have studied under Hilda Morales, Suzanne Clark, Debra Noble, Jean-Philippe Malatay, Tom Mossbrucker, Kim Sagami (Jean-Philippe, Tom, and Kim from Joffrey Ballet), and Peter and Lisa Naumann (of New York City Ballet). I also spent a summer at David Howard School for Dance and was accepted into the program at North Carolina School of the Arts. Currently, I am going for my BFA in Production Design (scenic and stage management) at SUNY Fredonia. I am also furthering my dance experience there as a member of Orchesis, a student run dance company. All shows are student choreographed and classes are student taught. Through this program I have learned and performed clogging, swing, modern, jazz, ballet, and hip hop.I have taught ballet and jazz at the school in New Paltz to students ranging from 3-16 years old. For the students between the ages of 3 and 7 I have taught tap skills as well. In addition to this I have choreography experience for both dance and musical theatre. I choreographed pieces for each year's recital for the New Paltz School of Ballet. I also choreographed for my high school musicals; "Comedy Tonight: A Musical Review" (1996), and "The Music Man" (1997).I fully enjoy teaching dance and creating new pieces. It is one of my life's passions. I would love for an opportunity to work at your camp. And I look forward to hearing from you.Sincerely,Brianne M. Monahan Antworten zu diesem Beitrag: |
