If you are uncertain, however, you can always get by with<br>tights and a T-shirt. And 16 is a perfectly good age to start. I<br>was twice as old as that when I started.<p>But I must warn you (a) a ballet class is no place to indulge a<br>fetish. (Nothing wrong with a fetish; it's just that that's just<br>not the place for it.) (b) You'll be working so d@mned hard you<br>won't have leisure to think about what you're wearing. Ballet is<br>*work.* It's also terrific fun, but only if you're prepared to work<br>your butt off. (c) You're likely to get hooked.
