If you're dancing, or doing any strenuous sports, you need support.
The problem...Why is it uncomfortable? Are you wearing the proper size? Are you wearing the dancebelt properly? Are you pulling it up too much? When guys email me and ask about problems with the thong buttstrap, I always ask them how tight are they pulling it!
If it's chafing or pulling at certain spots, there are things that danseurs do to adjust the dancebelt.
The saying "No pain, no gain" does NOT apply to dancebelts!
