I'll probably get jumped all over for saying this, but you know, the title of this forum is Dance Wear Dreams. I can't imagine whatelse one would call a forum for people interested in dancewear.

I wonder how many of these fetishists have actually taken classes. In my experience, a class is not a place to fool around. That said,I'll admit that I've seen a few far-out costumes in class (like theflesh-colored unitard I once saw at the old David Howard studios).Nevertheless, the really outre things occasionally mentioned herestrike me as more fantasy than truth.

I have mixed feelings about this. Maybe the young really are inno-cent these days, & maybe their innocence needs to be protected. Ifso, they're breeding a new kind of young people from when I was aboy. We were filthy-minded, depraved kids, & background didn'tmake the slightest difference...laborers' kids, kids from theprofessional classes, we were all intent on getting rid of the fewtattered remnants of innocence we still had. I'm glad we were. Itwould have done us a great deal of good to discover that otherpeople in the world were just as lost in iniquity as we were.
The most I'd say is, use some restraint, guys. But reeel, bear inmind the old medieval maxim, abusus non tollit usum--the abuse doesnot rule out the use.
