Hey-My name is Beth and I have been a dancer for about 10 years. When you are at your house just sit in a strech and work on your splits watching TV. Go as far as you can. Stay in your splits for about 2 minutes each and the take some pillows and sit on them in the splits and then when you think you can go farther take 1 away and the another and so on. I know one girl that has a hard time with her splits and she has like her muscles in her leg are really tight and they don't stretch that much. Juat stretch alot at home. Whenver you are sitting you should always be in a stretch!!!!!!!![/i]
