wearing leggings or tights is already percieved by many as being very femme. i've always felt that wearing a tshirt or sweater long enough to cover your bits n pieces only amplifies that because then it looks like a dress in many cases. if you're wearing undies or something with support, then it doesn't really matter if you're covered below the waist - everything should be nice and contained. (now walking around with a raging hard-on is another thing - no pun intended!) i think being in public with an aura of confidence (and a moderately fit bod) is key. if someone doesn't like the idea of a man in tights/leggings, then the length of your shirt of jacket won't matter much. and being seen is part of the excitement anyway, right? i've been told that women are more focused on a mans rear more than his bulge - gay men may have a different point of view...[/i]
