I think it is great that you have had the inspiration to teach yourself how to dance.And I admire your initiative, but I believe that before you begin pointe work you should at least have a professional evaluation on the strength of your foot, not to mention your body. You may not be prepared to start pointe work, in which case, by doing so you could injure yourself or even permenantly ruin your foot. And then what you would do at such a young age might cause feet and structural problems in the future. Please consider what I have to say, before you attempt to go on pointe.
