I believe that Supplex offers very good breathability, especially during an active ballet work out. Supplex feel quite refreshing to me, even if I’m sweating. Especially compared to some of the old nylon tights they used to thrust on us before the 1980s dancewear revolution. How about a Body Tight? They are also delightful. They stretch up to the chest and have shoulder straps. Capezio ballet pink tights are good, with seam. But, compared to Supplex, they are kind of bland.
