I usually wear tights in the winter time under a pair of work shorts. I am a gar-bage truck driver, and I found pants to be a hindrance jumping in and out of the truck. Since my company allowed shorts to be worn all year, I would wear a pair of tights underneath. Unfortunately, the operations manager didn't like itand so when I come back to the yard the long pants have to come back on. Evenafter work, I will sometimes wear shorts and tights.
