You can get tights in a variety of colors and fabrics from Bal-Togs.  I don't mean to advocate a particular site, but New York Dancewear, www.nydancewear.com, (GET their paper catalogue!) will custom make Bal-Togs stuff, in any size, fabric, and/or color!  They offer cotton/lycra and nylon/lycra (kind of shiney), and don't have a flat all nylon fabric.  If you want the latter, you'll have to buy all nylon and use the special dye on them.

One last piece of advice.  www.renaissancedancewear.com will make any type of body wear you might want, and they have a large selection of fabrics.  Or you can send them a fabric with instructions for what you want.
