I live in the UK and do a lot of running. Under my t-shirt I wear a leotard or two (depending on how cold it is) and a pair of girls leggings. I have leggings in all the different lengths (short to mid thigh to full leg). I would love to be able to wear a leotard openly in public, but my running is as close as I get. I used to wear the leotards under the leggings but have recently take to wearing them over the leggings. Depending upon how brave I feel that morning determines what length t-shirt I wear. (The braver I feel the shorter the t-shirt and so the more leotard on display.)
