But that's not true for every shoe too. Capezios vary in size, as do Freeds and Blochs. I think Gaynor Mindens are sized more like street shoes, but they're rather expensive. I'd say order online or via phone, trace your foot and fax it to them. They'll be able to size you pretty accurately for what you're going to do with them. Now if you're going to take a pointe class you definitely need to be fitted. And don't be embarrassed, men take pointe too - it's not just for girls despite what everyone says.
