Unless you are doingsomething illegal like stalking or stealing tights, etc. This fetish is a partof you.B. I think it is because the leg is "hidden" under the material. You can see the outline of it and not the leg itself. I love to wear tights, usually underneath shorts in the winter time, I findthem more comfortable than pants.
