I fear you're out of luck. I've never seen ballet shoes durableenough to wear out of doors. That thin sole is just too flimsy.The only time I ever wear mine outside is when I'm using an oldpair around the house as slippers & am stepping out briefly forsomething like putting out the garbage & am too lazy to changeshoes. The only thing that might be rugged enough would be the women'sshoe style called "ballet flats," which (as far as I can tell)aren't really ballet shoes at all, but just a shoe made to resembleballet shoes.
